EDShreem ("EDShreem", "we", "our", or "us"), operated by EDSHREEM KNOWLEDGE (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data responsibly. At checkout, we use your IP address once to work out which country you are in, so that the correct regional price and taxes apply. The lookup uses a list held on our own servers (IP to Country Lite by DB-IP, db-ip.com, licensed CC BY 4.0); your IP address is not sent to anyone for this and is not stored — only the resulting country is saved on your account.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools on our website (see our Cookie Policy).

  • We do not knowingly use children's personal data for advertising, behavioural tracking, or profiling.
  • Learners under 18 study on our online courses only through an account held by their parent or lawful guardian, who gives consent when creating it. Our online courses are designed for learners aged 10 and above.
  • About the child, we collect only their name (to print on the certificate), their year of birth (to confirm their age — not the full date of birth), and their course progress, quiz answers and certificate. All other account details, including email and payment details, are the parent's or guardian's.
  • The parent or guardian may see and correct this information from the account, and may withdraw consent at any time by writing to hello@edshreemknowledge.com; we will then close the account and delete the child's data, except records we must keep by law (such as tax invoices, which name the paying parent, not the child).
  • A child's certificate can be checked on our Verify page only by someone who already has its exact ID; certificates cannot be searched or listed.

6. Sharing of Personal Data

We may share personal data only where necessary with:

  • Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers;
  • Payment gateway and payment processing providers;
  • Email, communication, and customer support service providers;
  • Technology vendors supporting our platform;
