Welcome to EDShreem, operated by EDSHREEM KNOWLEDGE (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED ("EDShreem", "we", "our", or "us").

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EDShreem website, online learning platform, courses, certifications, and related services. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our website or services.

1. Our Services

EDShreem provides educational services, delivered both online and in person, including but not limited to:

• Online courses
• In-person classroom and instructor-led training
• Professional training programs
• Certifications
• Learning resources
• Educational events and webinars
• Related educational services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use our services.

If you are under 18 years of age, you may use our services only with the consent and supervision of your parent, legal guardian, or educational institution, where applicable.

By using our services, you represent that you satisfy these eligibility requirements.

3. User Account

Certain services require you to create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information.
• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• Maintain the security of your account.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorised access or suspected security breach.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Upload or distribute malicious software or harmful code.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the website.
• Copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse our services.
• Use our services for fraudulent or unlawful activities.

5. Courses and Educational Content

• Course descriptions, syllabi, schedules, instructors, learning materials, pricing, and features are provided for informational purposes.
• We may update, modify, replace, or discontinue courses or learning content at any time to improve our educational offerings.
• Completion of a course does not create any employment relationship with EDShreem.

6. Certificates

Where you successfully satisfy the applicable course or assessment requirements, EDShreem may issue a certificate of completion or achievement.

Certificates:

• Confirm successful completion of the relevant course requirements.
• May include online verification features.
• Do not constitute a professional licence unless expressly stated.
• Do not guarantee employment, admission, business opportunities, income, or any specific outcome.
• Are cancelled, and no longer confirmed on our Verify page, if the purchase through which they were earned is refunded (see Section 7A of the Refund & Cancellation Policy), or if they were obtained in breach of these Terms.

6A. AI Primary Educator ID — yearly renewal

Teachers who complete the L1 Plus Educator certification receive a permanent AI Primary Educator ID (beginning EDS-AIPE). The ID number never changes; its standing is renewed once a year:

• Renewal is free of charge. It is done from your account dashboard, from 60 days before the renewal date, by confirming that you continue to teach by the EDShreem Responsibility Code and that your details are correct.
• If the ID is not renewed by its renewal date, it is not deleted. Our Verify page shows it as genuine but "renewal overdue" until you renew, which you may do at any time.
• We may decline or withdraw renewal where the ID was obtained or used in breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
• If we ever introduce a renewal fee, it will apply only from a renewal date at least 60 days after we notify you by email, and you may choose not to renew.

7. Fees and Payments

Certain courses or services require payment.

Where applicable:

• Fees will be displayed before enrolment. Prices are shown before taxes; applicable taxes (such as 18% GST for buyers in India) are added at checkout and shown before you pay.
• The price is set by the country you are in when you pay, worked out from your internet connection; it cannot be chosen. If your location cannot be determined, the standard international price applies. After your first purchase, later purchases are priced for that same country; contact us if you have moved.
• Payments are processed securely through authorised third-party payment service providers.
• We do not store your card or banking information.

Refunds, cancellations, and delivery of digital services are governed by our:

• Refund & Cancellation Policy
• Delivery Policy

These policies form part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content available through EDShreem, including but not limited to:

• Course materials
• Videos
• Documents
• Assessments
• Graphics
• Logos
• Trademarks
• Website design
• Text
• Software
• Branding

is owned by or licensed to EDSHREEM KNOWLEDGE (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted, you may not:

• Copy
• Reproduce
• Modify
• Publish
• Sell
• Distribute
• License
• Create derivative works from
• Commercially exploit

any content without our prior written permission.

9. User Content

If you submit reviews, comments, feedback, assignments, testimonials, or other content to us, you confirm that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to submit such content.
• The content does not infringe the rights of others.
• The content complies with applicable law.

You grant EDShreem a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, display, and distribute such content solely for operating, improving, and promoting our services.

10. Third-Party Services and Links

• Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services.
• These third-party services operate independently and are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, and practices.
• EDShreem is not responsible for the availability, content, security, or practices of any third-party website or service.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website, courses, and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not warrant that:

• The website will operate without interruption.
• Services will always be error-free.
• Content will always be complete or current.
• Access will be uninterrupted or secure.

Educational materials are intended for learning purposes only and should not be interpreted as legal, financial, medical, or professional advice unless expressly stated.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EDSHREEM KNOWLEDGE (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our website or services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited under applicable Indian law.
